2. Complete the Request for Consideration
To apply for inclusion in our growing franchise family, you must complete the
Request for Consideration and forward it to SUNBELT to us by fax at 03 9663
0412.
SUNBELT Business Brokers will consider applicants who possess the following
qualifications:
- Financial Qualifications: All applicants must meet SUNBELT
Business Brokers' minimum financial and business qualifications and be in
a position to properly capitalize the franchise investment including working
capital and personal living expenses during the start-up period.
- Team Player: As an extremely inclusive organization,
we look for people who work well with others, openly share and participate
and who will make a contribution to SUNBELT Business Brokers' overall success.
Methods of participation include local and regional functions, online communication
and forums, and SUNBELT Business Advisors' Annual Franchisee Convention.
- Interpersonal Skills: To truly embrace SUNBELT Business
Brokers' culture and franchise system, you must enjoy working with the public,
possess strong problem solving skills and truly understand the importance
of providing outstanding customer service.

Once your application has received preliminary approval from SUNBELT Business
Brokers World Headquarters, we will forward critical information you need to
conduct due diligence. This information includes a copy of SUNBELT Business
Brokers diclosure document and a SUNBELT Promotional DVD. On this DVD you will
meet our founder, our CEO and view a sample of our training and business philosophy.
During this process, our representative will work closely with you to review
the diclosure document and answer any additional questions you may have. This
is your opportunity to contact current SUNBELT Business Brokers franchisees,
review our diclosure document and related information, and address any outstanding
issues prior to moving forward. At the same time, SUNBELT Business Brokers
will be evaluating your application, considering your qualifications and level
of enthusiasm and contacting you to advise you as to whether or not your application
has been approved.
4. Visit SUNBELT
Upon the successful conclusion of Step Three you may decide you would like
to meet us in person in order to get to know us better and have us answer any
remaining questions. Your visit will include meeting with SUNBELT Business
Brokers' key managers and team members to walk through all of the details associated
with the development of your SUNBELT Business Brokers Office.
